Wait, keep reading. I don't think it matters if you believe in it or not, I personally do belive in it, but are you not worried about the toxic fumes and chemicals that come from cars and burning coal? Even if you don't belive in gw do you think that the car exhaust and all coal plants are ok to be breathing it in? Don't you think we should find eco-friendly was to drive and live because the chemicals are so toxic in so much of what we use in our daily lives? How come people don't talk about air polution? It is more than just GW we should worry about.

  1. Lots of people

  2. yup, not anymore

    yup yup

    my **** is warming

  3. I strongly believe in GW. It is probably one of the most important issues that the world is facing.  It should be prevented or postponed, otherwise the Earth will suffer extremely dangerous consequences!

  4. It's just one big con

  5. its not an issue that you can "believe in" or not, its science. The only thing that is debatable is whether or not reducing carbon emissions will make much of a difference at this point.

  6. I do, it is an issue. We can never stop it, but we can hold it back for a while. When we die from it, you will care too... unless the rapture happens first...

  7. ofcourse all of us should care about global warming, because we will also suffer if we don't.

  8. You do know that the exaughst that comes out of cars is carbon monoxide right? and that co2 is a natural gass and how living things grow? Yes we can all do without air pollution but if its cheap then its worth it!

  9. I've spotted this play on words frequently here from people, that global warming skeptics also don't care about pollution, toxic chemicals, etc.  You're grouping two different ideas together...which gives your question a lack of credibility.  Not believing in AGW doesn't automatically mean that one loves pollution and other c**p as you say by how you worded your question.

Of course nobody wants pollution, but we must live in an industrial world and that means creating some.  Laws were enacted years ago to effectively deal with a lot of what you mention, and those laws are working.  The air is cleaner than it was 30 or 40 years ago.  Cars are burning cleaner, coal fired plants are cleaner in some countries because of scubbers built onto the stacks which make a tremendous difference.

We shouldn't worry about global warming, because it's not real.  But pollution is another matter, and while we've cleaned up in North America where I live a lot, developing countries like India and China are major polluters and don't care to see their emerging economies slowed by fighting pollution yet.  Hopefully that will change, but likely it won't for a long time.

  10. We have the economy to worry about and high fuel prices.

  11. i do cos polar bears will die because of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  12. Let me say something here. In Alaska, there is a glacier near Newtok that is growing and causing problems. Okay done with that.

The earth was already in a meltdown before we even drove cars and from when the earth got overpopulated. Yes it is getting warmer. Yes, it's about time someone invented a hydroelectric car. If someone doesn't do it soon I think I might just do it myself >__< Yes, I don't think we should be breathing that, it could coat our lungs to make it look like we've been smoking. That's what happened to all the people in Iran, their lungs got coated in coal. Not a pretty site. :(
