Who cares if Nick Diaz smokes weed, is it a performance enhancing drug?

why should UFC, (Pride FC) DREAM or any other MMA Promotion test their fighters for marijuana? It's not a performance enhancing drug, is it? isin't it probally not good for them (smoking). If anything, isn't it a disadvantage if they smoke.

Do you care if a fighter smokes weed? why?

no i don't care if they smoke cronic it is not a performance enhancing drug and it doesn't negitivly effect there training i feel the same way about pro football players them smoking cronic is better for them then drinking booze or any other drugs that they could get a hold of a guy has to relax some how

The ufc wants to protect their image. They don't want their fighters testing positive for an illegal substance and get away with it, because that just shows the world that MMA really is full of renegades and loose cannons. Personally, I don't care if they choose to smoke weed, its their health and career they're throwing away.

it gives fighters a bad rap. ufc has grown a lot in the last couple years, a lot of the new fans are teens and mothers would not want their kids to look up to pot heads! plus its illegal.

Its not bad, I mean its better than them drinkin and stuff, because it doestn enhance there performance or give them a disadvantage, exept maybe there cardio wont be as good... and I thin Nate Diaz tokes to... lol... because his voice its like lil waynes but worse

i think any smoke in the lungs is bad smokes or weed or even smoke from wood burning but thats just my take on it but they should be aloud if they want its not going to help them just like smoking they would not have good cario if they smoked
