Speeders and drunks. Most people really don't understand car control. When they get into a situation that they need to act fast, they usually make the wrong decision at higher speeds.

Speeders are more dangerous as most do not know how to control the vehicle that they are driving at excessive speeds.most of the time they wreck and cause everyone else to suffer their stupidity or worse kill an innocent person
