Who causes more car accident?

If the roads & road signs change shouldn't drivers be required to update their driving skills. Like when your license expires just take a quick test written or physical. And what is up with improper left turns?

Sorry I don't have a source to cite for you, but on the radio a while ago they said that people over 65 have the most accidents. They were talking about this law that was proposed that would require elderly drivers to be retested every few years after a certain age. Why this isn't already a law is beyond me.

not the age group but the people who are inatentive.. talking on a phone.. talking to someone else.. looking at something instead of concentration on the road... drinking and driving using drugs while driving. having oral  s*x.. being in two much of a hurry.. that is getting to close to the car in front and then if there is a problem ahead.. a chail reaction collision... i noticed not an age  group but people with a new car have all the insurance  and they follow much to close.. so all the above is done by all age groups.. also showing off... ok gilermo..

16-25 years is the most likely for accidents, but if you notice some drivers over 70, they may not always go on the sustistics for having as many accidents, but the do often cause some. dont get me wrong i am not saying all,but i think they should have an annual observations test beause you reactions do slow down when you get older.

16-25 is the age group that causes most accidents because of lack of experience and the "it won't happen to me attitude"  But just because a person has their licecnse for awhile doesn't mean they are all that either.  Idiots of all ages are out there behind the wheel.

I think it all really depends, there are morons of all ages out there!!  but i would say 16-25 for their attitude and 55+ for their "bad habits" every one picks up habits while driving!! Not signalling, not looking in your blind spot, etc...
