Who coined the boxing phrase "float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee"?

I'm not sure it's "float" so if I'm wrong please correct me.

  5. It was Mohammed Ali that said that... when, I have no idea...sometime in the 70's I think...  why, because he loved to brag that he was "the greatest" and for a long time he was.   I'm sure bigger boxing fans can give you a more thorough answer than this though. :)
