Question:

Who composed this classical orchestra piece?

Ok i cannot remember the composer or title, which makes it difficult to locate. i remember it is a full orchestra piece that is fast with a lot of notes and then goes into a very arabian sounding part. its not very long. i think it is a peice out of a symphony or musical even. i want to say whereever it is from it is called something consisting of the names of 2 people, one being simon maybe?? can anyone help out??
