Who considers a comedy club a night club?

it's a club and it's only open at night. also the food isn't good and the customers are there to be entertained and most of them are drinking heavily. if not do you consider it a restaurant?

it dosent sound like a night club unless theres like loud music and everyones dancing. If it was a restarunt then there would be waiters everywhere. I guess its just a show...
