In the Forrester family:

Stephanie will not want Eric dead.

If Ridge wanted him dead he wouldn't be beating himself up because he failed to do him in when he shut the machine off.

Thorne and Felicia, same as their mother, they're not going to kill their father.

Pam's dream is for Eric and her sister to get back together, why kill him.

well he is still alive and you know they will bring him back like usual and the person that tried to do away with him is most likely someone they have not even mentioned yet and that no one suspects at least that is what i hope they do other wise it will be boring  and to simple no surprises

I am also thinking it was Pam. She is the only one I can think of that would try to set Donna up by putting the potassium in her bedroom.

I sure do not think it was donna . and dont you just love how all the forresters pointed their finger at donna when felicia was the one who brought owen to town ? they are such hypocrites !!! I think pam might have poisoned eric to frame donna . I hate Pam that whacko too . anyway my money is on Pam to frame donna . I was so glad to see Steven tear stephanie a new one on todays show . someone needs to bring the forrester clan down a peg or two .

I was thinking it was Owen too, but now I am having my doubts. I wouldn't put it past that crazy Pam to do something like that and then try to make it look like Donna did it because she wants Eric back with Stephanie. Since Stephanie has been so depressed, maybe Pam thought she could set Donna up and get her out of the picture, not realizing what damage she would actually have caused to Eric. Maybe she thought he would just pass out or something and have to go to the hospital and then she made it look like Donna tried to poison him.
