But what if someone that needed kidney matched yours, and yours is not available cause you have it "reserved".

Just make clear that you want your body organs donated and that way anyone who may need your help can get it.

go to the hospital and tell them u want to be put on the donor list. They will take ur blood and bone marrow samples. I think you have to be 18 though.
