Who crafts a better bean and cheese burrito: the Malagasy or the Russians?

I had a subpar shredded beef burrito in the Ukraine one time and I was wondering if it was isolated or if Russia has poor burrito quality as well.

As far as Madagascar is concerned, I've never had a burrito there, but I have had a ground beef taco. I was probably a 3 out 5. Good but not great.

I have $2,000 I want to spend on burrito research and I want to know if I should go to Madagascar or Russia. Please keep in mind I'm well aware of better burrito locations. I'm looking for someone who has specific knowledge of the bean and cheese burritos in either Madagascar or Russia.

  1. idk

  2. It sounds like you might have the best luck in there  going to some ones home of Mexican decent

  3. Well, since most Russians are vehemently opposed to any food that doesn't contain some kind of meat, I'd say the Malagasy would probably make a better bean and cheese burrito. And besides, beans have always been a major staple in Sub-Saharan Africa; in Russia, not so much.

Therefore, I say you should go to Madagascar.

There's my two cents. Of course, they pale in comparison to your two thousand dollars.

  4. Russian only.  As a foreiner living in this country more than 35 yrs and also had been to your place.

  5. You should try the ones in Irkutsk. I'm glad to see that you are not wasting your time and money on something frivolous.
