Dont know but whoever created the original series was a genius, it was one of my favourite t.v programs until the original story line with zordon stoped. The rest are all wack

Power Rangers is created by Haim Saban. Which is an American reproduction and not just redubbing of the original. 16 television seasons, and 14 different series have aired to date.

the idea of power rangers came from japan. Most of their heroes are very similar to power rangers: transformations, giant robots, aliens, etc.
