Who created the dinosaurs for the production 'walking w/ dinosaurs'? America,Japan,etc?

I want to know which country created the walking with dinosaurs' production creations.They seem very life-like,so i'm guessing it was probably japan because of their andorids and life-like robots

It was a UK production by the BBC, although not all the finance was British.  Some of the technically sophisticated creations, the close ups of pterosaur heads come to mind, were special sleeves being operated on a bloke's arm; effectively puppets.
