Some invaders called Hyksos conquered Egypt. No one knows exactly who they were. Centuries later, the Persians conquered Egypt again. I recall a painting of Cambyses Shah of Persia annoying Egyptians by tossing black cats from his chariot. Alexander the Great of Macedonia conquered Persia, and Egypt became part of his empire.
