  5. It was a government thing there was no particular person. I don't think it mentions it on here:

  6. TfL developed the Oyster Card but it was heavily influenced by Hong Kong's "Octopus card". the Octopus card is used by many to pay for things in shops which is what TfL would like to happen with Oyster Card.
