  1. It is B.

I guess he also blamed the Jews and the earlier Monarchy.

    -Sunder.

  2. He blamed the German aristocratic elite in the politics and military, to have surrendered, when Germany wasn't even defeated.

There is theroy, that Hitler, who was an absolute Wagner Fan, wanted Europe to go heroically up in flames (including Germany), as in Wagner's opera's usually things do in the end. He got his wish.

Hitler wrote an opera himself, was a talented architect and painter.

The threaty of Versailles in 1919, where Woodrow Wilson humilitated Germany, caused the anger, from which WW2 was born and which enabled Hitlers dark army to come to power.

  3. B is the best answer.  The politicians were called the 'November criminals' for surrendering too soon; many felt Germany could have still fought on and won the war.

  4. B. Politicians ----Hitler had long admired Germany, and during the war he had become a passionate German patriot, although he did not become a German citizen until 1932. He was shocked by Germany's capitulation in November 1918 even while the German army still held enemy territory. Like many other German nationalists, Hitler believed in the Dolchstoßlegende ("dagger-stab legend") which claimed that the army, "undefeated in the field", had been "stabbed in the back" by civilian leaders and Marxists back on the home front. These politicians were later dubbed the November Criminals.

  5. He probably blamed the same a******s that wrote the treaty of Versailles that then pissed him off to no end so he went after them and the rest of Europe's bankers in WWII. But it was really the treaty that was designed to make Germany go to war again prompted mostly by England who wanted to exterminate Germans.

  6. I would say based of your choices (in order):

    B or C (B is number ONE)

A and  D are out to lunch as far as Hitler was concerned at least in WW 1

In WW 2 I would say none of the above.

In WW1 the REALITY is he blamed the govt, military (the generals for selling out - not the individual soldier), industrialists and the jews.
