Let me correct your question. It should have been,"Who discover electrons, protons and neutrons?.. "

jav3 has answered it fully. I only want to add that each discovery is the contribution of many scientists of different generations. Before J.J. Thomson and Millikan made quantitative measurements on electrons, physicists had known the existence of these particles and worked with them. Please read the story of the discovery from links provided by Philip J , it is far more fascinating than the name of discoverers.

Do you mean "protons"; I don't know what a moton is. The proton was discovered by Ernst Rutherford.

"Newton" is the name of a scientist. A Newton is a unit of force; it was not discovered; instead, it was invented as part of the metric system of measures.
