  1. Don't dial 911 but just call the police. Tell them it is across the street and blocking the roadway. Tell them if any power lines are down and they will look it over and advise the city or who ever they need to take care of it.


  2. Your public works department.  But anyone working for the city (police, fiire) would be able to forward your call.   They then prioritize the streets by traffic volume.

  3. You can call almost anyone especially if any power lines are are near or down, if they are down call 911.  Or call the police or sheriffs department and they will handle it.

  4. Call the Public Works Department.  Or call your electric company if the tree has taken down power lines.

  5. 911 in case any one got hurt or if it hit a power line

  6. your local town office unless it is a danger you could also call the fire department (like if it is on the power lines)

  7. The cities road crew handles this ..IF it is in the city limits..if it is outside the city limits the counties road department does...
