  1. ring paypal directly or speak to your credit card company for advice they can usually assist you .

  2. Trading Standards.

  3. The problem is that it is all computer generated help pages with no real people. You could spend your life going round in circles!

  4. Call them on the phone and wait 15 minutes, then be really nice and get what you want. If you worked with a credit card, call them.

  5. what exactly happened? are you a seller or a buyer?

it depends on the situation as to what result you can expect to get - as a buyer i've had to sometimes claim back from paypal when things didn't work, and it generally was very easy - but you can ring them to chase things up or check

  6. all you can do is report them to eBay

paypal wont get involved coz no money has change hands

go to your item and click on the drop down menu choices and report an item not paid for  :)

  7. Unfortunately, I need a lot more information from you in order to best advise you.  First off, are you the buyer or seller?  Was the payment sent within the last 45 days?  Did you already open a dispute?  How much was the transaction for?

If you answered Buyer, Yes, Yes, and under $200 then I'm sure this can be resolved.  Unfortunately, many cases that were filed in the month of June had a small glitch which caused the guaranteed buyer protection to NOT be applied to the case.  There is a very simple fix to this and would only require one phone call to either PayPal or eBay Claims.  PayPal can be reached at 1-888-221-1161 and eBay Claims at 1-888-445-4992.  I look forward to your call.

    I hope this helps!
