Who do I contact when someone drives with illegal plates in Texas?

I need to know a contact email to report someone driving with expired out of state tags. Texas resident with expired Nevada tags. Thanks

what is it your business? weither the plates are expired and so is the tag why do you care? they will get caught sooner or later, you sound like a snitch to me.

Well you can call the police. Thats what I'd do.

Why not just phone your local non-emergency police number?  Or check to see if they have a website with email.  If you're worried about remaining anonymous, the phone is probably an easier way than email.
