Question:

Who do I dispute charges with for an online Pizza Hut order I didn't receive, b/c they were closed?

Last night I made an online order at pizzahut.com . I received a call from the local restaurant apologizing for not being able to process this order as they were closed. (Why would the site allow the order to be submitted to a closed location!) However, I see I've been charged for the order. Now it's only in pending, so I'm wondering if it will eventually disappear...but would I dispute the charges with the local restaurant or pizzhut online?

  1. The manager would have had to Cancel your order at the store also.  It takes 7 to 10 business days for the charges to be refunded to your card.

  2. Call the manager or use contact us on the pizza hut website.

  3. Call the manager of the local restaurant..  He/she should take care of your problem immediately!

  4. You have 2 options.  Call the restaurant and explain the problem to the manager.  Or, go to pizzahut.com and submit the problem by clicking on 'contact us.'  I have had good luck using their website when I have had a problem with the food.  Since you did it online, I don't know if the restaurant can resolve the issue or if you have to go online.  Since it is pending, it may drop off soon.  However, if you're like me you don't want to have to check it every day to make sure it is taken care of.  So call them today.

  5. if it does go through (and even if its still just pending), call the store and tell them what happened.. if they cant fix it then call your credit card company or  bank and make a dispute. in most cases if you call the bank or credit card co first, they'll tell you to try to resolve it first with the merchant and come to them as a last resort.. either way its not difficult at all to get it fixed!

  6. There are racists doing this stiff. Most of them work at Pizza Hut, so beware, Now let me suggest that Bob Dole.

  7. You would have to do it thorough the pizza Hut online I believe. or the resturant that the online order went to.

I don't know why the order went through if they were closed. it sounds fishy to me. i would make sure that the web site is certified and approved. there are so many scams out there...
