Who do I make the money order out to with a COD with DHL

Question

I have a package being sent to me by DHL and I was wondering do I make the money order out to DHL for the amount of the product or do I have the money order made out to the people who I bought the product from? Im a little confused any help would be great. Thanks

The COD would apply to the company from which you are purchasing the product, DHL do not work to a COD system

Ummm, I don't understand how you could not know who to pay for the product you are buying....maybe don't ever open a buisness.
