Who do I need to speak to, to purchase a snow leopard?

Question

I know that they're endangered and require high raw meat diets, but I have the means to take care of one - even mate two if need be. Where do I go to get one of these cats?

I'm not sure, but if it's just for a domestic pet, it's illegal.

I envy you so much right now lol. But anyways, you'd need one of those wildlife licenses and be able to prove that you have the right environment for them.

Since they are on the endangerd list I doubt if there is a legal why to obtain these animals.

Sorry, but that is a ridiculous idea.  There are many measures being acted upon now to keep that population from going extinct.  Capturing one or two and selling them to someone is not one of them.  More than likely the attempt would result in the death of the leopard.  Something no body wants.  And you don't even know where they live.  One would think you might at least know something about them.

Leave the wild to the wild.
