Who do I send this letter to?

I have just wrote a letter to help end the canadian baby seal hunt and i was wondering who i'm supposed to send it to. if there is such a person. please help these cute little seals!!! :(

Make copies of the letter and send it to newspapers, congressmen, politicians, anyone that you think will listen.  If it is happening in your area, send it to local officials and such.  The more people you send it to, the more of a chance somebody will listen.

Well, if you are trying to generate interest about this issue, you can send it to a newspaper. Others will read it and possibly get involved with the cause.
