Who do U feel is the worst HVY.WT. Champion(CHUMPION) of alltime and I don't mean pugilistically?

WHY Do U Feel this way?

Its between 2 guys in my opinion, and I'm only going with linear champions, meaning that I'm not including guys like Herbie Hide, Tommy Morrison, Henry Akinwade, etc.  The 2 worst heavyweight champions in my eyes are Primo Carnera and Leon Spinks.  Carnera belonged in the circus (literally- he used to be in the circus before getting into boxing).  He was a huge guy with no talent; most of the big fights that he won were because the mob fixed them for him.  People complain about Wladimir Klitschko, but Carnera makes Klitschko look like he's the best of all time.  Spinks on the other hand was a champion who went from riches to rags.  After beating a past his prime Muhammad Ali for the title, he lost the rematch and went on to be a journeyman for the rest of his career retiring with a mediocre record of 26-17-3; thats pretty bad for a former heavyweight champion of the world once beat one of the all-time greats.  If I had to choose, I'll probably go with Spinks but its a tossup in my eyes.

I have to disagree with Buster Douglas. While he didn't even make a single defense there are others who are in the same category. Let's not forget that he did beat Mike Tyson.

My vote goes to either Francois Botha, Axel Shultz, or Leon Spinks. To Spinks credit he beat Ali, though he was old, but that still puts the accomplishments of Alex and Francois to shame. Botha got stripped of the title for using steroids so ultimately I would have to go with Axel as the worst heavyweight champion of them all.

And for those that might say Ruiz, I will admit that he was probably one of the most boring champions, but he does have several wins against quality opposition as well as a controversial loss to Nikolai Valuev. Just my two cents.
