it depends on what you want it for. If you want one that will talk, an english budgee parakeet is the way to go. If you want one that is holdable, you find one that has been hand raised and handled.

Then you just find which one is prettiest and that's the one you pick.

Go shopping around for one, go to lots of stores. Ask for hand raised birds, and hold them, see if you like them. Its that simple lol, sorry no long answer lol.
