  1. Well I guess it depends. If sky is a person who has been bothering you, there are all sorts of places you can go to complain. If you are at school with sky then you can see a school counsellor, go to the headmaster's office or go to your parents.

If sky has physically harmed you, stalked you or damaged things of yours, you can go to the police.

If sky is a workmate, there may be an OH & S person you can speak to, a supervisor or even your union if you are a member.

If sky lives in your neighbourhood and bothers you or you have seen them bothering someone else, you can go to the city library or even the police and find out what sort of community services are available in your area that would be appropriate to speak to.

If sky is harming animals you can contact the rspca.

If none of this helps, you can go to the local library and ask the librarian for help in finding out who you need to contact. They are usually a very good source of local information.

  2. If you are referring to Sky TV (BSkyB) the regulator is Ofcom, and their complaints page is at http://www.ofcom.org.uk/complain/

  3. Chicken Little.

  4. Ask Chicken Little, he also has a major gripe with the sky! :)
