Who do i complain to when my mortgage company is ripping me off?

citmortgage says my county taxes are going up because the dept. of labor says so but the county said they never heard of that and my taxes have not gone up

Consult a Real Estate lawyer. Some will do initial consultations for free over the phone up to 30 mins or so if you let them know you just have a quick question that they might be able to give you advice on. Be careful though, you don't want advice from a lawyer that just tells you to come in to further your case. A good lawyer will tell you what your options are and you can figure out the rest there.

That said, before you jump the gun, as others in your area (preferrably neighbors) if their tax went up as well. Tax generally goes up depending on the lender or the area you are in.
