Two weeks before christmas i bought 3 jigsaws over the internet for my nephews. Its now over a month and i still haven't received my items. I have emailed them four times. Once just before christmas in which they replied too saying my item would come shortly. Three emails later and its still not here. There is no telephone number only email. It looks like a reliable company see for yourself www.foto.com. Who do i complain too considering it may be an American company? Would OFT rules apply in this case?

  1. call your credit card company and cancel the transaction.

  2. What you do is report it to your bank. If your banks are like  American banks, they will give you back your money, and then pursue the company from there. Or call up the BBB of America (better business bureau) they will help you out.
