Who do i contact about the security certificate for the internet?

whenever i want to check my e-mail, a security certiticate pops up. I just need to know what to do about it. Has anyone had this same problem? what do i do it. Who do i contact about updating the security certificate.

change your options to not worry about those

Problems with security certificates are usually

resolved by doing the following.............

Right click the clock....click on adjust time/date

and make sure the Day ...Date...Month....Year

are all correct....also check your in right time zone.
