  1. go to your guidance counselor. he or she may be able to help and its all private too so no one will find out

  2. It doesnt have to be your mom it can be dad aunt uncle or anyone you trust. you can talk to them or just tell them to drop you off there and just tell them that you will tell them later or something

  3. As a mom, I would want you to come and tell me. Don't be embarassed. She loves you no matter what. She will support you and help you. You can also talk to a teacher, a counselor, a pastor, any adult who can help you will work.

  4. You should definitely tell your parents know that there is something up. You can't just let something like this go unhandled. They will help you and hopefully everything will be okay. Just do not ignore it. something small can turn into something very big very quickly!

  5. I had to go through that whole thing with my dad. And after i finally just sucked it up and asked, he blew me off. I've been working on it though.

I know how you feel though, i got soo sick before i asked my dad because it was embarrsing, and he only made it worse. But I'm sure your mom wouldn't question it.

    Good Luck Hun!

  6. Teel your mom. It is important and there is no need to be embarrassed. She just wants to help you. That is why she took you to the doctor. Just say: (deep breath) Mom, I feel depressed. Sounds cheesy I know but try it it will work.

  7. hey so kinda had the same problem... i have depression and just recently seeked help... i told my parents about it and now i have a counsiler and it make a big difference in my life.... if you really want to help your self i suggest that you talk to your parents( theres nothing to be embarrased about alot of people have these same issues) and if its to much to tell your mom try seeking a counsiler by your self.... that is if your old enough...( im pretty sure they have counsilers at school for these  kinds of issues) but yea talk to your mom or dad its really important that you do...  youll probaly feel alot better after you do...

  8. I'll be honest with you, you dont need some guidance counselour, sure they can help, but they cant understand your direct problem.

What you need is a friend, someone you can relate and talk too. I probably would've commited suicide by now if It hadn't been for my besties. Best friends know you personally and can understand what you mean when you tell them your problems.

  9. Why is your mom in the room with you?  How old are you?  Ask your mom if you can see the doctor alone because it embarasses you.  If your doctor were smart, he would ask to see you alone for a few minutes, but I'm not sure if that is at all legal.
