I think the Angels have the most talent and depth. Having said that, it's usually the hottest team, which is not necessarily the most talented team, that wins in the playoffs. Like the Rockies did (up to the World Series) last year, or the Red Sox in 2004.

So while the Angels have the best shot, the Rays and the Red Sox also have enough weapons to take it, if they get hot.
