If you are having serious trouble go to think you know.com and click report abuse. They will treat your case in the strictest confidence and will help you greatly. They may wish to talk to you it depends how serious the thing is your telling them. Good luck and don't put up with any nonsense.

isn't that a good question, being firstly you need to have it all documented and even when u complain to your internet provider they don't hear you anyway, most of the time their part of the problem. I learnt to put up with their childish acts of voyeurism and just don't use bank account details or similar important information on my computer.
