Who's playing the best? At this stage I'd say it's a toss up between the Storm and the Broncos!

so far this year, the titans, broncos, roosters and storm all look likely to make the grand final. if i had to pick i'd say the storm could quite well take it out again, but any of these teams could quite concievably be premiers this year

The best team, and the team that will win the 2008 Premiership, is the Melbourne Storm.  This early in the season people can get caught up with who is where on the ladder.  The reality is that the Storm have players out but are still playing well.  They have depth.  They will build up to the end of the season, getting better week by week.  Once the new combinations are right (Chambers, Quinn, Folau at centre), with a full side, there will be no stopping the Storm.
