I am a pistons fan and I have to say it's time to rebuild around Stuckey, Afflalo, Amir Johnson, Will Bynum,  Kwame "Potenial" Brown and Jason "The Beast" Maxiell.

Jason Maxiell/ Boris Diaw/ Brandon Wright/ Walter Herrmann/ Walter Sharpe

Robin Lopez/ Joakim Noah/ DeAndre Jordan/ Chuck Samb

That way they have a young team and they could even trade Diaw, Barbosa, the 2 walters  and the 2 other players they got in the trades (Collins and Thomas for Brooks Lopez so they have the Lopez twins that's my thoughts on trades they should make.

I think they don't need a big blockbuster deal but do need something kind of big.  I think they should trade sheed and kwame brown and some draft picks for andrew bynum.  I doubt it will happen but i wish it would.  Also when Keith Langlois interviewed Joe Dumars he said he would be very surprised if a new trade that he liked would come at this point.  I do think that if Detroit does not win the Championship this year they will not ever have another chance until they rebuild.  Another  possible trade would be sheed and afflalo plus some draft picks for carmelo anthony.  I know this is the last year detroit the clock is ticking...

They should trade Rasheed Wallace. He's starting to fall off the map and Maxiell looks like he's gonna have a breakout year. Maxiell is much better defensively at this point. Trade Sheed while he still has value. They may want a younger big man in return. That's all they really need. People seem to forget that this team doesn't have many major flaws.
