I'd say King Petty based on 200 wins and no other driver will ever come close. But I don't know if Elvis had twice as many gold records as whoever is second or not.

well richard petty got the nickname king when he was 1st starting out in racing. they called him king richard which it stayed with him. as far as elvis i'm a big fan and he will always be the king of rock'n'roll
