Rafa Nadal and James Blake are the quickest.Lleyton Hewitt in the past was very quick for me are the quickest on tour but I'd definitely go for Nadal now-He is an unbelievable athelete.

As for the women, Venus Williams is pretty quick as is her sister and Dementieva. I'd go for Venus.

+ Maria Sharapova, Rafael Nadal

if we were in a race, Novak could impersonate other players like Maria and Rafa and so on..

and that would cause Jelena to laugh along the race and couldn't run any faster.

then, I'd run without looking at them and easily won the race.

How long is the race?? thats pretty relevant. Impossible to say withut knowing how long.

I think Nadal, Blake and Monfils are genrally considered the best sprinters on tour. I'd give a quick race to either Monfils or Blake. Monfils is very very fast but so is Blake- and he does an hour of sprint training with the rest of his tennis routine. Pretty hard to say without knowing anyones 100m time.

Women? I dunno maybe Venus but shes not particulary quick. None of them really have any pace.

I agree, Rafa Nadal is most definitely the fastest player on tour, it amazes me how he can pretty much get to every ball, his speed on the court is just shocking lol he is one fine athlete and im sooo proud he is going to be #1! :)

For women thats a toughy, I think Venus is pretty quick at covering the court. Safina believe it or not gets a lot of balls back.

I just realised ur question... in a race, Rafa for sure, i think David Ferrer also would be tough competition for Nadal, Ferrer is pretty fast he doesnt get the nickname road runner for nothing :)!

And the ladies side i`ll go for Venus and Sharapova!!!
