Manny takes the top of the list because he has gained skills and is in his prime.  He is an explosive fighter who isn't so slick or skillful, but has great speed and footwork.

If Cotto defeated Margarito, especially by KO, I would have placed him on the top of the list.  Margarito is up there because he defeated a welterweight with tremendous skill, and is a tough fighter in, arguably, the most exciting division in boxing.
