I'm going to leave out the obvious ones and say Brad Friedel, i ain't got a clue why Ince sold him that was a big mistake, he's one of the most consistent goalies around and always gives his all, he is that good that him alone could get villa a top six finish...

Btw Vela ain't a new signing he's been with us for three years.

i think that spurs have made some quality signings such as modric, croation star but not cheap! bentley, great signing but 15 mil is again not cheap, gomez extremely good value and good replacement for P.R, bostock second best signing this season for spurs, quality young talent! and finally dos santos for 4.7 mil was an unbelievable find and hes also a great charectar....  petty we missed out on corluka!!

david Bentley , Luka Modric, are two exceptional signings.Can they make Spurs a top four side ,we'll see soon.

not just because i am a spur but i think all four of our signings will make us a much better team, however i think keane may be the missing link for liverpool making them genuine title contenders this season.

For me Fulham have made 3 very good signings so far, Gera, Zamora and Andy Johnson will make a big difference to them this season, don't think they'll be battling relegation this season.

The best singing for me so far is Deco. He will make a big impact with Chelsea, his style of play fits with the premier league, he likes fast first touches to the ball.

I'm not a Rangers fan, but this boy is class, and for £8m he is without any doubt in my eyes going to be the catch of the season. He could be in the Team of the season.

Nasri -> Arsenal

dos Santos -> Tottenham

But out of these I think Modric may be the one who has the biggest impact to make next season. He may be the driving force behind a Spurs side who could claim fourth next season.

has to be nasri to arsenal he may not start the compain as the best but he will definitly become another robert pires and in years to come will be worth a fortune.

Vela another great player already owned by arsenal just needed a work permit is a fantastic player but will he be given the opportunity to shine, i dont know.

Deco to chelsea was a pointless buy for me they have ballack and lampard in that position but i would say personally he is best out the 3 depends chelsea seem like they will play 5 in midfild.

Keane will have a good impact and the safest bet to say.

forget the tottenham players wont think they will have a big impact although i feel bents new form will be like a new signing for them.

But my money is nasri

Friedel for Aston Villa, will be so much better than Carson

Crouch for Portsmouth, the partnership with Defoe could be a nightmare for any other teams defence

Gera for Fulham, for free strong player who will make an impact in vital games for Fulham

Robbie Keane's move to Liverpool bcos his transfer wasn't that predictable and his partnership with Fernando Torres is gonna be hot this season.

I also think that Friedel will do well at Villa and that Modric will do well.
