Who do you believe the Tigers will pick up in the offseason?

Who do you think would be helpful for the Detroit Tigers to pick up in the offseason to get back on track to getting to the World Series next season??

They need pitching because they have a pretty good offense. I think they will def. try and get either C.C or Ben Sheets.

I think if they do wanna return to the WS track (which they are capable of) they need to have more than anything Verlander pitching to his potential.

the problem w/ detroit is their starting pitching and bullpen i could see them going after ben sheets in the offseason

Living in Detroit, all I have been hearing is that Jim Leyland has to go. Maybe a new manager to start.

I think the Tigers need to develop the players they have such as Zumaya and they need to work with Verlander and get him to bulk up and improve his delivery as a pitcher.

I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to get CC Sabathia. I don't know if that's a possibility but he would be an excellent addition. The offense needs to continue to improve and they need to stop making dumb trades such as trading away Ivan Rodriguez, probably one of the best catcher in the MLB.
