Who do you call to turn someone in that married someone to get us citizenship for money?

it has been since 2003 and the citizenship has not happened. also can they get a divorse before the citizenship is approve. if not who do you call to tell of this fake marriage.?

    by the way blackmailing others is not a nice thing to do , if that person wants to get divorced or not that should be her/his decision , u would have to prove with out a doubt to the squirrel than that happened and since u say ( wrote ) it did happen in 2003 i doubt u could do so .

ICE has a hotline listed on their website, or you can write to the regional office where the application is being processed.  You can report anonymously, but you do need facts and evidence or know where they can get the evidence.  E.g. anount paid, date (or approx. date), which bank & account name deposited to -- any specifics you know.  If they divorce before the foreign spouse has been naturalized for at least 2 years, it can trigger a marriage fraud investigation.
