I have to say McDonald's.  I don't care for the flame broiled hamburgers.  And I love McDonald's more healthier choices, like their yogurt and fruit.

I choose to stay away from both! They are frozen foods that are heated up and loaded with fat. Cholesterol City!!!

McDonald's fresh which is rare is better but Burger King always seems pretty fresh so I would have to say Burger King! Wow pregnant women (me) should not come to the fast food section of Yahoo lol!
