Who do you complain to if you don't get the goods ordered on line?

I ordered goods from De cuisine 26th over the internet Feb2008 The money has been taken from my account but I haven't got the goods. Today is 27th MarchThey won't answer my two e-mails. What is the next step?

  1. Go to a lawyer or attorney!


  2. phone them and if they start bullsh*tting get a laywer and take them to court if possible.. but dont bother if you only spent a little amount. x

  3. 1.File a dispute resolution or grievance with credit card company or paypal

    2.File a complaint with Better Business Bureau Online

    3.If Company is in another state Go To that states Attorney General Web site And file a complaint. Most states attorney generals now have an internet crimes section.I had the same problem and it took all three methods before I recieved my money back.

  4. phone your local trading standards office,your local council will have the number.
