  1. Me mainly and did I do a rubbish job.

  2. both, but mostly my Dad.

  3. mom dad and my big brother !!! ....my mom the most though !!!

  4. Well that depends, doesn't it...

I think our behavior is greatly influenced by genetics. After that it has a lot to say wether you're a girl or boy. Boys look up to their fathers. That may be part of the reason why there is such a disproportionate number of boys in trouble, dropping out of school, getting in trouble with the law etc. amongst those who only have a single parent mom, versus those who have single parent dad or girls who have just mom, or when compared with someone who has both.

  5. some things are from mom and some othrs from dad

  6. I would have to say both. Both influenced me alot.

  7. Television.

  8. I can't answer this question in black & white terms as I give the credit to a number of influences, such as my parents, friends, teachers or people who have left an imprint on my life by their great presence.  I also give some of the credit to me and how I have responded to life's challenges and joys, such as being resilient during difficult times (eg. it's often through difficulty that we grow the most).

  9. My mom, cause i can spell and handle money. My dad taught me every thing about cars and what not but my mother runs a bank.So i really don't know this is a ruff question to answer, both i suppose.

  10. I actually blame my mother, due to the extremely restrictive religion I grew up in.

Thus I still have trouble getting to know people since our "stay inside and do absolutely nothing" Sabbath was Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.

Wonderful way for a teenager to grow up.

  11. give the credit to or blame?

    mom I guess

  12. Both.  When I was little I had a learning disability.  My parents spent every waking hour helping me to cope with it.  Every day life was geared toward helping me overcome my disability.  My mom would stir the pot of soup while holding a book in her other had and reading to me.  My dad made up a board game...built the whole thing himself, to help me.  They would continually make up games to help me.  We would go to the store and mom or dad would say something like, "Get me a can of juice with you right hand......pick up the box of animal crackers with your left hand."  Ever minute of every day was geared toward helping me.  When I was in 1st grade my parents were told that I'd never be able to read and write beyond the 4th grade level.  Well, we showed them!  By the time I was in 6th grade I was reading on the 12th grade level.

  13. Mom.

    more of an influence

  14. Both my parents.  they were always there for me, not like some of the parents i have seen today who send there kids outside never knowing where they are or what they are doing.  We used to have a curfew, we had chores and responsibilites.  This helped us to grow into mature adults.  My sis and i had very loving parents which alot of kids dont have nowadays and its sad.  My dad passed away in 1995 and i still miss him very much. My mom is 86 with dementia and taking care of her now like she would take care of me.  :)

  15. Prudence,

I give credit for the way I turned out to the foster homes I was forced to stay in because my mom and dad couldn't get their act together. I also give credit to the people who physically and mentally abused me (mom and dad, and yes, the foster homes too. If this sounds sad, you should know it isn't, because it taught me what NOT to do when I became a father. I now have a wonderful relationship with my daughter, have never hit her or any woman, learned not to pick on people who are smaller than you, and learned to treat all people with unconditional positive regard.

    Life is good!

  16. Both

  17. BOTH really.

  18. Neither, from the age of 14 I pretty much brought myself up.

I credit the way I am to myself & my daughter.

No one else deserves any credit in that respect.

    Good Luck.X :-)

  19. Me, duh.  but mum.
