Who do you guys think will be the 2008-2009 Most Scariest Team?

Even if I wasn't a Laker Fan, Id still say Lakers.

The Lakers had a great season last year, they add a completely healthy Bynum and Ariza.

But thats my opinion,

on paper its the rockets.  if theyre healthy, i think they can be one of the top offesnive teams as well as defensive teams.

they have a perimeter and paint defense with yao, battier and artest, not to mention alston.

theyre offense has an inside out game with yao and mcgrady, and now artest.

if healthy all season long, i think they can be a real threat.

spurs are scary every year, and they will be even more this year, since they have a real center there now, and they have been winning every other year.

the lakers on paper are also a scary team because they add a big men who can play d and patrol the paint.

my vote goes to a healthy and functional rocket team, which i dobut will be healthy, but maybe functional.

Who cares about Bynum he aint even finna be no all star player to many other good players but the Rockets gone dominate this year

I would have to say the Celtics.  They won 66 games and a championship last year.  They were one of the few Eastern Conf teams with success against the W Conference.  They virtually have their entire team coming back.  The chemistry will be even better next year and their confidence will be sky high.  I would rank the Lakers slightly behind them, with the Hornet & Rockets right on their heels.

Top three would be Lakers, Rockets, and Celtics. Lakers still have a great starting lineup. Rockets, with Artest, can be very deadly, especially after they had that 22 winning streak. Unfortunately, they could lose a lot of it if TMac or Yao get injured. Celtics of course have the Big 3 and they made a few accomplishments last year (texas triangle, ending the Rocket's winning streak, winning against every team during the regular season).

The blazers might be a dark horse here, with bayless, oden, roy, if the little ones grow up fast...look for them to be a sleeper in the west...and Rondo is at home shooting 15 footers, so if he gets that mid range game, the CELTICS ARE UNSTOPABLE
