Hazem El Masri is one of the most under rated wingers in the game.

He is only looked on as a goal kicker, but his positional play, defence and support play are better than many wingers playing the game.

If you mean Matt Utai, than it is obvious Hazem El Masri. I despise the bulldogs, so much so i would rather NZ win the comp, but at least Hazem has some decency about him, but Matt Utai is a complete thug much the same as Reni Matuia

El masri is a great positional player, backs up when needed, can defend, & above all is a great goalkicker.Utai is a talented player & knows his way to the try line, but has been in trouble with the judiciary, & does have a weakness in defence & plagued by injury, I would have to say El masri.If people would like to mention foul play then you have to look no further than the Parramatta Eels, since 1980 have been a club of foul play there have been & are some real thugs in that club now.
