Who do you report fraudulent businesses to? I don't want anyone else to be cheated by "Lancaster Amish Direct"

Lancaster Amish Direct made me believe I was buying one thing then sold me something totally different of much lesser quality. Don't buy anything from them. They are a total scam. Their prices are cheap, but you don't get what you want. They switch with a cheaper brand name.

Hello I 'm not sure how long ago you purchased you item but I'm the owner of Lancaster's Amish Direct.  I operate from the same website as Lancaster Amish Direct and sell basically the same products.  I would like to know what all happened with yourself and the former company Lancaster Amish Direct.  I'm not sure how much I can do but I would be interested in knowing what all when on, because my company is so similar to the one you bought from I have done all I could to help the all former customers of that company.  My email address is [e-mail] if you would email me I would greatly appreciate it.
