He's kabutochimaru now. If you've been reading the manga Kabuto has orochimaru's cells in him that's taking over his body.

i think hes suppossed to be the most misterious character in naruto because all characters that were mysterious still "told" us their past but not him thats why he has many fan girls who love his mysterios yet sad past that is mysterious but somehow still sad

What do you mean? Like his alliance? Hmm, if Orochimaru has his doubt then I think Kabuto might have been with other alliances or is pretty much on the fence.
