Who do you think are the hottest/cutest animation characters?

Yeah, I know, but there's another question in which several people were willing to admit that they had "crushes" on animated characters. What's so fascinating is that these characters come with a distinct personality as determined by a writer, so the possibilities are limitless. They could be an anthropomorphic (Minnie Mouse and Tails), a talking dog (Lady or Sasha from All Dogs Go to Heaven 2), or human (too many examples). So, please give me examples of hot or cute animated characters so I can see their pictures, and please make sure that it's a children's program (NO NUDE ANIME!)
