Who do you think are the most maligned players in the AFL?

I think Aaron Sandilands is one, no matter what he does people have a negative take on it.

Matthew Richardson - very undeserved, as he is a brilliant player

Chris Tarrant - very deserving coz hes lazy, and boring to watch (both for Freo and Pies)

The Tigers poor Matty Richardson from Tassie. People love to hate Tasmanians when it comes to AFL - they are happy to poach our champion players but wont let us have a team!

conda,for me id say Chris tarrant (probably deserved though,he has talent but truly lazy)

over the years Mathew richo,has taken a pasting,but playing great footy this year.

lance whitnel ,comes to mind for past players.

Over here in WA it was Paul Medhurst by a mile, everyone bagged him, especially Freo fans. Best thing he did was leave Perth & go to Collingwood, Pies fans would be loving him, he has become one of the games best small forwards.

Richo cops it too becouse of his dummy spits, people forget how many goals he has kicked over the years.

Michael laffy, that dud from Richmond, he was maligned and bloody rightly so, he was useless.

Merritt from ess and brizzy was too.

there have been a few over the years, Richmond fans love richo on a whole, he is a champion, 760 odd goals.
