Dude Mcgrady is one of the best players when healthy did you even see him when his healthy the number he puts up, 40 points with out Yao and 3 injuries. Yea he is overated dumbazz.

Kobe is a great player and is the best, CP3 has turned out otbe really good, Dwayne wade has yet to show what he can do without abother superstar, Lebron james is a beast, steve nash is good but not the top 5, Garnett is a player that everyone knows is a nightmare to face, he took the timberwolves to the WCF steve nash can't do that.

How is Yao overrated he is the best center, Dwight is overrated

Dirk is a great player except the west is getting to hard thats why he is not getting nowhere, Paul Pierce has showned that he is one of the premiere players not the best but still very good, Vince carter has lost a lot of talent but can still be a danger, marbury has a very good team the coach just ruined him. All the overrated players are good is just that four of them have crappy teams or have been hurt by injuries.

This is a good question.

Top 5 players

1. Kobe Bryant: definitely the best player in the game today

2. Chris Paul: He makes everyone else around him better. He is a great point guard and leader, he knows how to get his teammates involved and when to take over the game.

3. Lebron James: He gets better every year, but it is crazy to say he is the best in the league already.

4. Dwayne Wade: He was the best of a bad situation last year in Miami. If anyone thinks he is overrated then just watch the US Olympic Team this summer and you'll see he is still a superstar.

5. Kevin Garnett: Even though I do not like the Celtic, or him really, his play on the court and his impact on a team is flat out good.

Overrated

1. Tracy McGrady- I definitely agree with you on this one. He at one point was a superstar, but the last few years he has not been the same. He is good, but no longer great.

2. Paul Pierce- His cocky attitude and whiny voice is flat out annoying. He is not even the best player on his team, let alone in the world like he thinks he is. The Celtics were bad before KG and Ray came to the team.

3. Vince Carter- Yes he scores a lot and Yes he could have his own highlight reel, but what does he bring to a team anymore? He shoots too many illadvised jump shots and could be much more dominant if he learns to pass the jumper up and drive to the hoop.

4. Carmelo Anthony- I'm not saying that he isn't a very good player, but he is overrated. To say he is top five in the league would be wrong. Sure he might be a good international basketball player, but we're talking about the NBA. He might be a great scorer, but that's all he will ever be. He does not make his surrounding teammates better like Chris Paul and Kobe Bryant do. His defense is subpar as well. Great player, but not a Lebron, Kobe, or Wade.

5. Stephon Marbury- He is still a good player, but has failed to improve the past few years and does not have what it takes to make a team good on his own.

We agree on a lot of things. Another interesting question would be the top 5 most underrated players.
